Original two-languages (German and Polish) notification, dated February 29th, 1940, of Informationsabteilung des Roten Kreuzes / Sekcja Informacyjna Czerwonego Krzyża (Information Department of Red Cross) in Łódź, Poland (after 1939 war campaign under German occupation) to the family Zieliński of Polish soldier ( Henryk Zieliński, son of Juliusz and Maria) in Grudziądz. This notification says the soldier is alive and occures in military hospital in Łódź (now written as "Lodsch").

This soldier survived and has been cured. He outlived WWII as prisoner of war.
