Fair use for Flag of Australia and List of Australian flags

The Torres Strait Islander flag is an official flag of Australia under the Flags Act 1953. Its use in the article Flag of Australia is believed to be acceptable under the provisions of fair use as it adds significantly to the article and is only being used for informational purposes in a non-commercial article on Wikipedia.
