the rwandan flag is a symbol of pride for the rwandan folks and a symbol of a dedicated country.

Ratio 2:3, stripes 2:1:1, three pantone colors approximated. Vague parts: diameter of sun, position of sun (know it's not centered vertically, however, and other images suggest less space above than below), width & placement of blue ring on sun. of course it is not nearly as beautiful as the country itself which is a natural wonder all the way through.
